How your documents, signatures and payment details are protected.
Traffic to and from OurEsign is encrypted in transit. Documents are stored in Azure Blob Storage and served through time-limited links rather than public URLs.
Before anyone can sign, they confirm their identity with a one-time code sent to their email or phone. Signing links are scoped to a single signer and expire.
Every signed document carries a certificate recording each signer, the time they signed, their approximate location by IP, and the device and browser used. The certificate is appended to the PDF itself, so it travels with the document.
Card details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, and funds settle directly into your own bank account rather than passing through us.
If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@ouresign.com with the detail and we will respond promptly. Please give us a reasonable window to fix anything before disclosing it publicly.
